March is always a bit of dud month in Bangkok. Right now, you’re probably counting down the days to your Songkran Sabbath, while at the same time wondering where those cooler days around New Year went all of a sudden.
But fear not! The third edition of Kolour In The Park is just around the corner, with the acclaimed house and techno music festival set to be held over 18-19 March at the Thai Wake Park near Rangsit. Announced to headline the two-day event is Tube & Berger, Wankelmut, Adana Twins, Autograf, and Animal Trainer. Plus lots more.
Here are some links to get you all worked up.
Just like previous years, Kolour In The Park promises much more than just international DJs and good tunes. Thanks to the surprisingly idyllic lakeside location, there’s ample opportunity to kick back by the water, swim and show off your wakeboarding skills – or just do a huge faceplant in front of the watching crowd.
Inside the main festival grounds, there’s more in the way of things to see and do, including art displays, live performances, crafts, massage, posh food trucks, and cocktails. Basically, a hell of a lot going on.
To paint you a picture better than our words, here is Kolour In The Park’s teaser video for 2017:
